Sun Cities Area Transit System, Inc. has operated SCAT Dial-A-Ride since 1982. We serve the communities of Sun City, Sun City West and Youngtown, Arizona. These communities are located in the West Valley region of the Phoenix metropolitan area.

To maintain the independence of our residents by providing safe, low cost transportation services.

Our Goal
To achieve our mission by providing safe, cost effective transportation in a courteous and convenient manner.

We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. Our funding comes 50% from governmental sources and 50% from private organizations and individuals within the community.
